About me

As the proud owner of a Master of Social Work degree, 2 studio albums, and a small business, Big Cat Recordings, I am one of the youngest social workers in Tennessee, as well as one of the main players in the indie rock scene in Nashville.

Born in Illinois, college-educated in Colorado, and finishing college in Tennessee, I’ve worked in many different cultures and contexts. Facilitating therapy sessions for clients with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more, to being the producer and engineer for multiple bands and artistic collaborations,
I have gained insight into the human condition (e.g., how to connect with others, take care of one’s health, and maintain relationships) and insight into the art and science of musically-and-visually-entertaining endeavors (e.g., writing, recording, producing, performing, recording, mixing, and mastering).

Value genuine connection, and attract positive collaboration and a welcoming environment.
